Lauren is a licensed massage therapist with 19 years of experience, specializing in therapeutic and deep tissue massage. Having worked alongside chiropractors for nearly two decades, she brings a strong understanding of the body and the common aches, pains, and conditions her clients experience. She loves incorporating essential oils to complement her sessions, thoughtfully tailoring each treatment to her clients’ wishes.

When Lauren isn’t working, she enjoys spending quality time with her daughter, Kaylee, and her 5-pound Pomeranian, Charlie. You can often find the three of them strolling through the borough and stopping for a cup of coffee from Twin Valley Coffee.
