Maria McCool & Donald Moore
At Maria McCool and Donald Moore are celebrated pioneers in the beauty industry, known for their innovation, technical mastery, and commitment to exceptional customer service. In 1989, they joined forces to introduce the first full-service salon and spa experience to Chester County—setting a new standard in beauty and wellness that continues to inspire.
Driven by a shared passion for helping people look and feel their best, Maria and Donald have built Calista into a thriving destination where growth, creativity, and excellence flourish. Their visionary leadership and tireless dedication have shaped not only the success of the salon but also the lives of countless clients and professionals in the industry.

What began as a small, local initiative has blossomed into a deeply rooted tradition of care and connection. Today, thanks to the dedication of our incredible volunteer committee, we remain steadfast in our mission: to provide hope, compassion, and meaningful support to patients within the Penn Cancer Program—especially when it’s needed most.
