I am a licensed massage therapist with 7+ years’ experience. I believe each client is unique and has their own individual needs- whether it's a relaxing Swedish massage, a customized massage combining techniques of Swedish and deep tissue, or some gentle stretching or energy work. 

 

My approach ensures that clients are supported on more than just a physical level but also restoring inner peace and healing through my honed skill and intuitive touch. I take pleasure in providing my clients with self-care and a deeper connection to their bodies.  I am certified in Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, cupping, reiki I + II and craniosacral therapy.

 

Outside of the spa I enjoy yoga, mother nature, and good food!
